Responsibilities

- Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions with actionable feedback and progress tracking.
- Ensure quality standards are met and scripts are used correctly during calls.
- Analyze daily and weekly performance metrics to design strategies that boost productivity.
- Motivate the team through positive leadership and a culture of high performance.
- Communicate findings and recommendations professionally with both the team and management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in telemarketing or phone sales.
- Previous experience as a coach or trainer in high-performance sales environments.
- Fluent English, with the ability to hold professional conversations with team members and management.
- Strong communication, active listening, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to meeting goals, continuous improvement, and talent development.
- Reliable internet connection, functional computer, and a quiet, professional environment for remote work.
